Natives and their Municipal Rights

Although Native Americans lived in different ways, they will shared a love for their property. Many Native Americans still discuss about it the " mother earth. ” Our forefathers were taught to view the land as part of them. Intended for Native Americans the land has not been something the individuals could personal, it could not be bought and sold. The cultures in the different people respected the land upon which they developed their lives. But , who the privileges to the area? History lets us know that Native Americans settled on this kind of land a long time ago over the Atlantic Marine. In 1942 strange seeking men come upon the island in which the Native Americans named home. All of us welcomed the boys as friends and shared all that there were to give. The strangers were sailors via Europe. Sooner or later more Europeans would combination the Atlantic Ocean to be in in the Unites states. As the numbers grew there became conflict over who had the justification to the United states land. Similarly the Native Americans who did not believe that land, or any various other resource should be owned. Instead the Native Americans lived for the land and shared the wealth. Yet somehow the Europeans came to North America in search of land, something to call their particular. Today Natives fight with the us government for the right of land, enough social, medical and educational companies for the tribal associates. This tends to be an important issue for us today. In the late 1800's, Native Americans provided most of their particular land for the federal government in exchange for the promise that they could remain on their booking land and still have their privileges upheld. The us government has not held up their end of the obligations to this date. The U. T. government produced a legal commitment to the Natives when the terrain was ceded to the United States. This dedication is crafted in dried out ink in treaties, government law, executive orders, judicial opinions, and international cortege. The promise in which the U. S....
